Hi,
on my Windows XP sp3 I started Remote Desktop and I would like to login into remote Windows 2003 server. On "Log on to Windows" window there is "User name" field and "Password" field. Because our company uses password-key application so password are 14 random characters in length, I would like to copy/paste the password into Remote Desktop Password window. But when I press CTRL+V or right mouse button nothing happens.

How to enable copying password into Remote Desktop Password field?
Thanks

I'm afraid that the password field on the Log On to Windows dialog is protected against copy and paste (it's a security measure)

I have solved the problem in password-key application in that way, that I have set that focus in second application (that is Remote Desktop) should insert password if I press CTRL+T in password-key application. By default it is set to paste userid + <Tab> + password, but <Tab> does not work in Remote Desktop is executed from password-key application. So problem solved using work-around.
