How to copy namespace attributes in the output xml file?

Hello,
I need to transform an xml file into xml file. The root element in the input xml file has namespace attributes xmlns:xsi="

http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"

and xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="

http://ABC/xmlschemas/ABC.xsd".

I have to copy those attribute to the output xml file. I do not have problems to copy xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation attribute. But I do not have success with the schema attribute. Could you help me, please?

I'm trying to create namespaces in my output doc, as well. Have you gotten resolution on this? Can you post your code that copies xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation to output?
