how to copy files from the terminal service window to local hard disk or otherway round

Have you tried mapping a drive to the machine that you want to copy the files from/to

You could tell your Terminal Services CLient Setup that your user has automatic drive mapping capability. Then when you view the drives using explorer, you will see the clietns drive.
