Hi I have Office 2000 on my computer. Now I want to copy this contact list to some other system. How can I do this? Pls help me as quickly as possible. or tell me where this folder is copied? thank You

How to copy contacts

Sorry that is the contact list in outlook. I forgot to specify that
Click on ...
File -> Import and Export -> Export to a file ->
Comma Separated Values (DOS) -> Select Contacts -> Enter the filename you want to save to.
Using a CSV file gives you a good chance of importing into another application, although you can also choose to export to an Excel file, Access file etc. If you want to transfer to Outlook on another system, then you can export to a personal folder file.
