Hi,

I was wondering... how do you copy a profile?

I have a profile for an Admin user.

I created a new user already, and want to copy my Admin's profile to the new user.

I would rather not use the Admin account for normal use, so I created a user account, but unfortunately, I had worked and installed some things that are only showing up under the Admin user profile.

How can I copy this Admin profile to my new user account?

And then delete the Admin profile ultimately.

Thanks,

WestSide

well , when the user is logged off, you can copy the admin's profile dir. to the user's profile dir , also
delete the user's profile dir from the local comp...
But there are some things that cannot be operate ...
find files named USERNAME.something in that dir and change them into the NEWUSERNAME.something ... ( things like MSOutlook save the settings in those files ... ) Alex,
Problem? No Problem!
Drink more beer...
