I would like to know how to connect my existing network over the Internet with Windows 2000 server using LAN? I won't be using a proxy server, won't be dialing up. Just ISDN connection.

In a workgroup environment, use Internet Connection Sharring. Go to the properties for your internet connection.. right click my network places>properties>right click your internet connection>properties. You will find the check box in there to "share this connection".

On the other computers, set them up to use Dynamically assign their ip address and also right click IE>properties>connections tab>never dial up... LAN settings>nothing checked
