How to connect a PCw/DVD-ROM to TV

You need a video card that has coaxial output, and or RCA outputs. ATI makes some good cards, keep in mind though, you get what you pay for. Spend the extra cash for a high quality card and you will be happier. Often the better cards have software to help configure the card for optimal performance. I would go with ATI.
