how to configure ContactStore recording message notification

I recently upgraded the ConTactStore to ver 7.2.09. Does anyone know where i can disable the message that states the call is being recorded? When this software was initally installed someone must have changed this setting so the messages wasn't being heard. We already mention this in the initial entry point of any customer service call, ("that your call may be recorded for training purposes").
 
That message is nothing to do with Contact store (which is because CS does not record calls - it only catalogues calls recorded by Voicemail Pro)

Go to the Voicemail Pro client

Preferences - General and untick the box labelled "play advice on call recording"
