How to Completely uninstall Arcserve 9.0 and 11.0

Please help,
Could any of you guys give me some procedure or step by step instructions on how to completely remove / uninstall Arcerve 9.0 or 11.1 including how to clean up the registry entries from the above software.

i really appreciate your time and response on this query.

add/remove programs - uninstall the base and the components - simple as that - for v9 or 11 it should automatically clean up registry just fine, previous versions are not so good.
