How to compare queries betwen db's

Is there a way to compare the same queries between 2 versions of a db? We were thinking if there was an automated way to export the sql statements to a text file we could compare the txt files however we have hundreds of queries and don't want to do it manually. Any advice?

You may use the SQL property of the QueryDef object.
