How to close open files on server - PSFile?

Usage:
psfile [\\RemoteComputer [-u Username [-p Password]]] [[Id | path] [-c]]

Here's what I tried:
psfile server2 d:\Program Dir\* -c

What I'd like to do is shutdown all files associated with one program. This would be executed locally/automatically.

If you use the Exchange server agent you don't need to do this.

The files to be closed are not on the Exchange server, or related to email...

Ah, so your question was posted into the Exchange server forum as a red herring then?
