How to check whether a user a member of an NT Group?

Hi,

I want to enable/disable some command buttons based on what NT Groups a user is a member of. I'm pretty sure that there is an API call that can return whether a user is a member of a particular NT Group...

Could someone please tell me what that API call it is, and perhaps even show me a simple example.

Is there an API call that will return a list of what Groups the user is a member of? That would be great, too.
