How to change the Swivel effect???

One way would be to embed the clip in a separate sequence, use Motion to move the clip vertically within that sequence to place the required axis position at the centre of the frame, and then apply the required 3-D effect to the sequence.
Easier in After Effects where you have direct control of the necessary parameters.
