How to change the exe-file-symbol

I'd like to change the symbol associated with an exe-File
which is shown with the exe-file's name, size a.s.o. in the explorer's list.
I changed the IDR_MAINFRAME icon but this icon is shown only
on the exe-file's property-page.
has anyone an idea

Did you change both IDR_MAINFRAME icons... there is a drop down list. One for 32x32 and one for 16x16.
