How to change Outlook 2003 Signature block for multiple users at once?

Is it possible to add a new signature block to multiple users at once? I have over 100 user and I need to change theis sig block, son instead of having to walk around I would like to make the change automatically. We have exchange 2003.

Last time we made a change we sent a sample e-mail out with instructions to users on how to make the changes themselves, so I'm guessing the answer is no.
I wouldn't go to each desk though, get them to do it!

Thanks, but I was hoping for a yes. Our users are lazy and incompetent and they need us to hold their hands for everything.
