How to change admin password via dos prompt

Hi this is a simple one.I need to change the admin password via dos prompt.I am remotely adminning a machine (win2k)but the graphics get screwed up when i send a crt alt del to it.I did this years ago but cant remember now. Any takers ?

Why don't you right-click on My Computer, select Manage, and do it from there? -----------------------------------------------------

You can use 'net user' to change passwords, but TheLad's way is simpler.
