How to build AA for names directory and use one-x speech

so i have a new MM setup and working but where are AA's created, the MAS or MSS? and also where do i envoke the ability to use speech reconignition? im new to the MM and come from an Intuity background. thanks.

MM does not have built-in Speech recognition. You would need to use the one-X Speech for that (separate server, integration, etc).

There is only 1 built-in main AA in MM within the VMSC. However you can build caller apps to do similar activities. Make sure you read the administrators guide for the version and backend you are using.
