How to Block websites from on PIX-515E

This is tricky as facebook.com is not a single website that works on a single IP address. You could resolve all the facebook.com hosts and then deny access to these, however there are a lot of them. The best solution is to use Websense and configure the PIX to verify all URLs with websense. You then configure Websense with allowed sites, restricted sites etc.
