How to block specific incoming call for the specific line?

Hi, i need block incoming calls from number 123-456-789 only for line 1234. Exists some posible solution on md110 bc9?

If not exists, exists at least an option to block calls from this number for all lines?

you can't do routing operations on A-number. You need an application server like solidus.
