How to block ext over Frame Relay

I can successfully deny callers from dialing certain extensions when they are local to the pbx switch. How can I deny dialing ext. XXX over frame relay? Thanks for any advice!
 
Can you be a little more specific about your setup?
I'd figure that you'd use a trunk group on IP, using DCS..
In this case just use your COR's and according route patterns to route it where it should go, public trunk for example.
Just deny the specific COR access to the VOIP trunk if it does not need to go anywhere.
 
We are not using DCS. Our switch is a Prologix G3v8.03.
