How to add scratch platerrs to IBM 3995 library

I am very new to TSM . we have TSM 5.1 level 0. we have a optical library IBM 3995 with 6 drives. i would like to add scratch platters to it. can any one help me in telling how to add scratch platters by using label libvol command.

checkin libvol <libraryname> search=<yes/no/barcode/bulk> status=scratch checklabel=yes .

Not sure if this command is complete. Just do a help on label libvol or checkin libvol
