How to add/remove TabSheets to a PageControl at runtime

I've done this before, a long time ago and can't remember. Could someone refresh my memory and tell me how to add and remove TabSheets to a Pagecontrol at runtime?

From the Delphi 7 Help:

To add a tab sheet to a page control at runtime, create the tab sheet and set its PageControl property to the page control.
