how to add caller id log to 6416D+M

We have the Avaya 9416D+M phones and can see date, day, and when a call comes in, we can briefly see the company name and phone number. None of us can access the caller ID log for missed calls that didn't leave voice mails. Please help as we need this feature. JaneHens
 
If this is an external call only issue try this:

To log external calls on a 6416D+ change the station form on page 2 in field marked "LWC Log External Calls" to Y. You then will need to add MSG-Retr and delete-msg keys to the phone.

To view the logs after a missed external call, press MSG-Retr and then the next button to cycle through the logs. You can use the delete-msg key to remove the logs as needed.

 
I missed your message. I don't know if it is an internal problem. What should I do if it is? Thanks?
 
I am not sure of internal but did the external logs show with the change i mentioned above ?
