How to add admin tools to XP pro? 1

Just changed pc's and my old pc had W2K on it. I would use the W2K server disk to run adminpak.msi to install the admin tools so I could administer active directory from my client pc. When I run this msi file on my new xp machine it says it isn't compatible. What file am I supposed to run so that I can administer my domain from an XP client?
