How to add a line and extension to call pilot 150

Im trying to add a new phone to the system but i cant get the system to see the extension of the new phone.

Phones are added to the KSU not the voice mail.

how do i add the extension so when a caller calls in and the auto attendent picks up it will give the extension option.

Just dial the ext when AA answers.

Or do you mean "How do I record the greeting to add another user?" if that's what you do.
