Jul 25, 2004 1 #2 skrandel MIS Aug 23, 2002 1,378 US Accessing a database requires middleware. ODBC is the middleware for SQL Server. If you are using V5 of BO, you can use OLEDB. It is MUCH faster and more network friendly than ODBC. V6.1.x of BO only supports ODBC with SQL Server. There is no other option. V6.5 will support OLEDB when it is actually released in September.
