Hi,

in the past, set up a VMpro Mudule to ask the caller to which moderaded Conferencebridge he will connect. Working fine for me with the $KEY Variable and att. Transfer to a MeetMe Short Code.
But now, in the User Tab from the IPO 9.1 the Conference PIN can set. That OK, because User can set the PIN by himself and working also with this to the other Applications like Web Conferensing.

But now, the IPO Module is´t working anymore. Change it to ask the Caller to the PIN and insert this this to a $CPxx Variable. No thing. How i play with the Short Codes and att. Transerfer, it will no working.

first try:
att. Transer in VMpro Module: *999*$CP10*$CP11#
FC: *999*XXX*XXXXXX# -> MeeMe -> XXX*XXXXXX#
Here i´am insert a open Conference Bridge, but not from the Users moderated Bridge.

second try:
att. Transer in VMpro Module: *999*$CP10*PIN-CODE#
FC: *999*XXX*PIN-CODE# -> MeeMe -> XXX*PIN-CODE#

third try:
att. Transer in VMpro Module: *999*$CP10#
FC: *999*XXX# -> MeeMe -> XXX
That work for internal caller. I hear the MoH and can than insert the User Conference PIN and after pressed # i connected to the User Conference Bridge.
But i called the Module from external (make a ICR to the FC) the VMpro Module route to the IPO like above, hear MoH and than a short peep, but then no PIN Code will be accepted and no insert the Users Bridge.

Any Idea, how i can solve my Problem? I want to use the Conference PIN from the Users Tab in the IPO. See the IPO Help VMpro Module, but here the PIN is two times stored: One time in the IPO and seconde time in the VMpro. That´s not my aim.

Obviously it is of eminent relevance, that I this, what you celeprate, not optimally effective assume, since the integrate of you in the communicative system as code related terms with me no explosive associations in mental-empirical reproduction process of the mind.

You don't need an individual VMPro module anymore. Just transfer the call to *66*N#/MeetMe/N

The rest will be done by VMPro.

In Germany you can prefix the user's extension number with a leading digit in ICR.

I usually have a ICR like -2222229xxx with . as target and a short code 2222229xxx/MeetMe/N

Done...

You can also have a single DID in ICR into a VMPro module asking for the bridge number and transfer the call (blind) to *66*$KEY#

thx for replay, but that´s the problem i have.

build a ICR to route directly to the MeetMe FC like yours (no VMpro involved).
If i dial internal (157) my Bridge, i can insert the PIN und have been connected to my moderaded Bridge (Conf157).
External Caller to the ICR hear MoH quickly. After that i can´t press what i will, but nothing happen anymore.
On my internal Phone i can see, that an Conferenceuser is dialed to my Bridge, but not inside, yet -> "Connected: Member: 1(2)".
If i also in my bridge, the external Caller don´t hear MoH anymore, but now Peep will be play avery 10 sec. I think the Conference Peep, but only Conference Start~ & Leave Peep is set.
Both can´t talk together. If the internal Phone leave the Bridge, the external Caller will hear the MoH again...

In this image I used the users ext as the conf bridge number and had the transfer point to a short code with meet me conf and the persons ext number.
The password can be changed in onex portal telephony tab by the user.

When the bridge number is selected it asks for the pin number. I've experienced some times when it goes straight to music for some odd reason but it works most of the time. You might have to restart the onex service after you configure this.

From my experience VMPro will only ask for the conf pin if there is one set for the user. If not you will be connected to the bridge immediately but hear music as long as the owner doesn't enter the bridge. But your problem sounds like it doesn't work that way.

I was playing around with this a couple of weeks ago, a standard IPO at 9.1.4 and 9.1.5, and found that i couldn't get it to the prompt for the user's conference PIN set in Manager when coming from a VM Pro module. I was getting prompted for a password of the users mailbox. I emulated what we had set up on our server edition VM PRo call flow that always works like a champ. The difference here was all users are on our in-house server edition and are set up with One X Portal, whereas the customer system I was testing with was a standard IPO with no One X licensing.

relating to this, have you managed to allow the conference owner to dial in from a phone (external) other than their extension so it opens up the bridge ready for other conf members to join?

I believe the assisted transfer is broken when it comes to this. My old conference bridge template used assisted transfers and it stopped working a few versions back. I switched to regular transfers and it is back to working properly. You may need to put $CLI in source of transfer tab.

DerFloh:
you´re right. The Problem was, that the VMpro Modul ">REQUESTPIN" don´t working right. In my Setup, we use the Application Server for VMpro and we changed all the Passwords on IPO Site and in 1X-Portals Provider Site. Also for the "EnhTcpaService" User. But forget the Same User in the Applicationserver himself. Login to WebManager :)7070) and go to "Security Manager" -> ""Service Users". Set same PWD how in the IPO for "EnhTcpaService" User.
Had no idea, that must be carfull at three Points....

By the way. There is a fixed issue mentioned in R9.1.8 release notes. Conference PIN check fails for users configured on Server Edition expansion systems - or similar.

I have it at a customer site where the PIN check itself works but the call will not be transferred into the conf bridge. I will update next week.
