How send an html page via outlook

Hi there folks,
I know it may sound to simple to be true but it just beats me ... After two days i give up can anyone help me please.

I would like to send an html message so that in the actual message (html page) there will be a short flash movie ( but that's another problem)

I don't want to send it as an attachment but as a message...please.
