Hi guys, there is here the scenario... I have 2 M-1 connect via TIE trk, I use CDP (steering code)to route the DN to the right switch... no problem! Now I have DID coming to the main switch and the call go to the console instead following the CDP routing. Somebody have an idea ?

Thanks in advance.

Are they allowed to use trunk-to-trunk transfers?
TGAR 0?

It's not working yet.
Sorry, it's long... Let me know if someone can find somthing!! Thanks again guys for your time.

make sure the FRL settinig is the same or lower than the DID trunk members for the CDP RLI - it isi set to 1 now so the DID trunk members ncos would have to be 1 or higher (assuming NCTL matched ncos 1 to frl 1)

or change the ncos on the DID members to a higher number

or if TGAR is turned on in ESN - make sure the TIE route and members is set to something other than 1 and the DID members don't have a TGAR set

Also check RDR options in CDB - if CFO change to CFF

look for LD15 NETdata DITI have to be YES ,and also the XLST for Trunks in LD18.

Now... the answer!! One of my contact find the problem. In the configuration of the "rout 16" (where incoming DID), the "NCRD" (network call redirection) should be YES.

Thanks to everybody for your precious time!!
