When we had a Novell Server, there was a "rule of thumb" that 20 to 25% of each volume must remain free at all times. In other words: If you had a 100GB volume, it should always have at least 25GB of free space on it.
Is there such a rule of thumb for Windows 2000 Server? We're not having disk space issues now, but I don't want to find this out only after we start having problems! I want to keep watching and make sure that we never actually get that low!
Thanks in advance!
