Im hosting 3 Webserver with (of course) 3 diffent IPS. The servers are behind a Cisco-Router and connected via Switch to 1 LAN-Card of the router. I want to show customers which traffic was generated by each Webserver-IP through the router seperately. How have i to configure the router so i get this detailed information about the traffic?

What kind of switch are you pluged into? You can turn on netflow for application performance monitoring.

Also,

You can span the router ethernet port and connect a sniffer like device that does application utalization / performance monitoring like IRIS. This way you can run nice looking graphical reports!

Alternatively, you can put a simple access-list in your router with the 3 ip's.
Then all you have to do is a show access-list # and you will get what you're looking for.
Don't forget to clear counters once in a while.
That's the easy solution...
