I would like to know how many records can Micorosoft Access handle?
Does anyone know?

Look up 'Access specifications' in the help. The number of records depends on the record size (1GB per table max in Acc2K).

It's not about records, it's about file size.
Access 97 can handle 1 GB databases.
Access 2K/XP can handle 2 GB databases.

Linking tables in a FrontEnd/Backend(s) gives you the possibility to handle virtually any size.

However, we're not speaking about speed here...
