How many records can an Access Table / Database hold

I need to know the number of records that an Access 2002 table can hold and also the database. Grateful if anyone can help.

See Specification in help for various maximums etc

Basically it is not the number or rows which is an issue, it is the database size. The limits depend on the version, but (from memory) limits are 1gb for A97, 2gb for A2000/A2002.

There are various limits eg number of columns in a table, as I say see Specification in help it will give you a complete list
