Is there a limit for the number of OU's within a hosted exchange environment? Would this be an Active Directory or Exchange limitation? Exchange 2003 running on Windows 2003.
Trust me, you'll disappear into administration oblivion before you hit the limit of allowed OUs. You are also recommended, when nesting OUs, to not exceed 15 levels, otherwise you will suffer performance degredation.
Just remember, the OU structure is there to help you manage the directory (and yes, it's an AD thing rather than strictly Exchange), so design an OU model that simplifies the logical management of your organisation.
