how many licenses do i have?

hello everyone,
how can i check how many ms exchange clients licenses we have? users are getting the following message:

Unable to open your default e-mail folders. There are no additional Microsoft Exchange client licenses available. Contact your system administrator to obtain a client license to use Microsoft Exchange.
