How many Exchange 2000 server per forest?

I'm not following the question. You can have MANY more Exchange 2000 servers per forest. This is AN answer, but I may not understand the question.

I am migrating a single domain NT to 2000.
I will become a new domain in an existing windows 2000 forest. They already have exchange 2000 in that forest. Can I install exchange 2000 on my domain or is it one exchange 2000 per forest?
I think that you cannot add exchange 2000 in an existing forest that already have exchange.

You can have multiple sites within a single domain or multiple domains within a single site. It sounds as if you will be using the multiple domains within a single site. The key is the two way trust between domains.
