how many concurrent calls can VDN receive i have 7 TRUNK

I have 7 Trunk

In one sec call the 7 Trunk send the calls to one vdn

how many calls can a VDN handle were can we see the config.

For lack of a better term, a VDN is just a pointer. A call comes in a hits the VDN xxxx, then goes to vector XX. The vector the process the call through the steps. There is not physical phone, it basically can handle what ever you can throw at it.

The question would be can the programmed steps in the vector handle what the call volume. And that all depends on what you are doing.

Indeed you can point as many trunks as you want at a vdn but think of a vdn as a dummy number that just routes the call to the vector you tell it to.

Trunk calls will not stick on a vdn the vdn will route the call to the vector and as previously stated the steps in the vector then tell what the call to do.

Concentrate on your vector and the steps within that vector not your vdn.

The limit is the number or trunks you have, if you want to send 25,000 calls to a vdn, it will take it, but the real question is how many trunks do you have.
