How if I forgot my user password in a ACCESS workgroup?

Dear Sir or Madam,
One year ago I set password for my user ID in a workgroup, a MDW file. Now I just want to study the coding of that program, but I forgot my password.

What can I do? I am using ACCESS-XP. I have tried importing the modules with a new database but failed.
