Using Outlook 2000 (with 2 services - Exchange & Internet Mail)w/Echcange 5.5.
1)Can email internal user to user.
2)Can pop emails from external host.(Outlook configuration)
3)System Administrator Error sending internet mail (system wide) "No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient." Been working fine for years, no chages done recently. Have internet access and can ping server->smtp.zoominternet.net, as configured in Outlook Tools->services>internet mail->properties. Have reset cable modem, routers, switches and watch guard fire wall. Any suggestions from here??? Is IMS required to running on Exchange in this configuration? In Exchange Admin should SMTP be listed as a protocol? Thanks, Paul

Your ISP might have turned off port 25. Just because you ping the sight doesn't mean you still have 25 running. Telnet to that site using port 25. That should tell you.
