How do you suppress Foxuser files 1

How do you prevent FoxPro from accessing/creating the Foxuser.dbf and fpt files? The only part I remember is that it's a line in the config.fpw file. I know it was posted before, but the Search feature seems broken, as none of my queries return any records whatsoever. (
