I have a Report with 35 records. But unfortunately, when I want to print just one of them, I get all 35 of them. Can somebody please tell me how to print any record I want to print instead of all of them?

Change the query to get just the record you want. Maybe use a paramter in the query. Or open the form with a filter.

Well, get one!

How about telling us how you plan on selecting the record you wish to print? I'd use a query.

In Access 97 and 2000, you can use filtering on the form.

1) right click on a key field
2) select "Filter By Selection"
(If the key field you chose selects more than one record. You can filter by additional fields until you have only one record in the record set.)
3) print the form with one record
4) right click
5) select "Remove Filter/Sort. Terry L. Broadbent
