How do you manage your electronic articles?

Hi, there

I'd love to have your suggestions on how to manage the electronic articles.

I've been reading a lot online. I like to collect my favorite articles. But it's hard for make them handy. It always took me a long time to find what I have saved. Here are my questions:

1. What kind of format do you save? html? mhtml? word? or pdf? I don't like a mixed collection.
2. Which format generally has smaller size?
3. Is there any software allowing me to have an electronic collection so I can combine articles on one topic together, and still can make notes, select text, and highlight stuff?

How long are these articles? I assume you want the actual text, and not a hyperlink?

You could TRY using Access.

Make yourself a little DB with the following fields:

tblArticles (is the table name)
ArtID (autonumber)
ArtName (text, 50 characters)
ArtDate (date/time field)
ArtSource (text, 25 characters, name of source, i.e., Tek-Tips)
ArtHyperlink (link to actual article if desired)
ArtAuthor (text, 20 characters)
ArtText (memo field)
ArtKeywords (text field, 255 characters)
and any other field you can think of.
Then, use the form wizard to make a form....

I also found some software called Microsoft Reader,
