Hi Everyone,
I am trying to change an Agent ACD phone to SPV in CLS, however, I am getting an error: SCH5041. The phone does not have an SPID (NONE) and none of the Supervisor phones have agent sets assigned. Is there a limit to the number of Supervisor phones configured in the PBX? Does anyone know why this error?
Thanks for your help!

Thank god it's giving you a SCH code, you do notttttt modify a ACD phone. Out it and rebuild it.

The system will not allow you to change an ACD agent phone to SPV. That is one reason for the SCH error. The other reason is the ACD might still be acquired. You must out and rebuild the phone. While rebuilding make sure that you put in the SPV COS and don't forget to add an "observe" key.

for every minute you save by doing a chg on an acd set, you'll burn an hour when one does a corruption... i've seen it just stop calls to the group and i've seen it lock you out of all terminals.. the best one was when the switch would not stop doing an ini and required manual entry of the data base... when the switch starting dropping calls, the tech did an edd.. before that finished the switch did the 1st ini... backups were gone, database was gone and so was the tech
