I have a form where you can add employees to a table... I have a combo box with some options.. when i roll with wheel of the mouse ... it moves to previous records..

even when im not done with the record im trying to update.. the record im trying to update goes into the table... with some fields missing..

how do i stop it from scrolling like that ?? I want to stop the scroll wheel on the mouse from changing my record when im not even done..

thanks

have struggled a lot with the same problem.
Get a new mouse w/o a scroll wheel is what I suggest :)

Yes that would be an easier way.. but unfortunately I'm creating this form for different users.. So no telling what mouse they have...

Thanks

This is the best solution that I have found. At first it doesn't look easy but when you start using it you will be glad you did. I am using this solution in my enterprise application that I developed from scratch. If I can do it then you can too, am an IT admin not a software guru.
