How do you keep control playback centered???????

Hey all,

Does anyone know how to keep playback contols centered in relatation to the screen. i.e. I have a massive swf where the user can move the image around, and I need the controls to stay in the same place say the bottom right...

I have been pulling my hair out over this for days!

Before you go completely bald tell us more about the "playback controls" you're referring to. Is it a FLV controller?

Yes.

A frame forward / back button.

Doesn't it stay wherever you placed on stage?

Yeah... but the stage is about 4000pix accross! .

Oh, I see. One solution would be to create the controller as separate SWF and use LocalConnection to control the main movie.
