How do you enable multi-threading in W2k where the system thinks there are 2 processors instead of one?

I think you mean hyperthreading. this is done in your BIOS.

multi-threading is the ability for a program or OS to run more than one thread at once. This is automatic and comes
with your 2000 no problem.
 
Windows 2000 dont supports hyperthreading.
From Intel:
The following desktop operating systems are not recommended for use with Hyper-Threading Technology. If you are using one of the following desktop operating systems, it is advised that you should disable Hyper-Threading Technology in the system BIOS Setup program:
Microsoft Windows 2000 (all versions)

So you need to have both either XP/2003 and P4 to be able to use Hyper-Treading?
