How Do you access Emails through MS Access

I need to set up a database which will be a log of all the Emails received from an Email User.
Is there a way to link into the Mail file or is there a way to automatically export the email into the Db?
Thanks for letting me know, I can't think of any way to do it.

Did you happen to find an answer to this yet? I can export my emails into Access 2000 but I can't figure out a way to bring the received date in with the export, the received value is not available.
If you got anything at all I'll take a look because I need to have this field in my database.
