I want to learn Oracle or ibm db2 on my own. I can only do that if the cost is very low. Do they have any free or low cost software for a personal user that I can learn from? Any help will be appreciated.
Thank You

For learning purposes Oracle software (not including Apps) is FREE. Go to otn.oracle.com and find more.

Angel,

You can download an evaluation copy of Personal Oracle for your PC without cost. Navigate to to choose either Oracle 8i or Oracle 9i Personal editions. There should be a documentation set with Personal Oracle.

Dave,

The link does not specify whether tools like Oracle Forms or SQL*Loader are included. Is it just the database you can download?
