How do I store Images?

How do I import/insert images into an SQL Server Database using T-SQL?
What datatype is best suited for small .jpeg files around 15-20K?
How would I retrieve these images from the DB table?

It also depends on what else your db is doing. Storing JPEGs in a table can KILL preformance. It is often better to save teh files to the file system and store their path+name in the database.
