How do i set-up a password????

Can i set-up an login password for outlook using exchange/outlook.

Scenario, MD at work wants to give access to his workforce to his computer (as he's going on holiday) but doesn't want them to open his outlook and start reading his mail.

Option 1) Set the NT password authentication option in his mail profile to NONE, then disable the Control Panel so the users can't change it back.
Option 2) Create a new user, copy the MD's profile to this new user so the account has the same look and apps, and have the other users log in with this new account....

and by the way, for option 1 to work, you'd need to leave the PC logged in as the MD, and not tell the other users the password...
